部队前跗管综合征的发病因素主要是训练导致的足踝部扭伤 (12例 ) ,以及跑、跳训练后足背水肿 (9例 ) ,其次是训练时鞋袜过紧 (6例 )、足踝部骨折、骨质增生 (3例 ) ,不明原因 (2例 )。

• The leading causes of ATTS in the military training were sprain of ankle ( n =12) and dorsal swelling caused by running or jumping ( n =9); the secondary causes were the excessive tightness of shoes or socks ( n =6), fracture of malleolus or hyperosteogeny ( n =3), and unknown causes ( n =2).
